Friendly, quick service with a smile. Good cup of coffee.Had the coffee sat outside overlooking the lake.Very relaxing. Well worth checking out the café and park.

Nice cafe, beautiful surroundings next to the boating lake at Alexandra Park, the best view of any cafe in Oldham town centre hands down. Seating outside at the front, overlooking the lake, is wonderful in summer. The breakfast butties (sausage bacon egg etc muffins) are very good, the large size is really big, enough for 2 people, or one person who is really starving. I didn't give 5 stars however, because there could be a wider range of low calorie fizzy drinks please. When I am hot and sweaty after a Parkrun (every Saturday at 9am, best Parkrun in the world, in our own beautiful park) I am hankering after an ice cold diet drink. You only have diet coke, and that awful diet oasis in a bottle that is tooth achingly sweet and tastes very artificial. Please stock the fridge with some nice alternatives. My absolute favourites would be diet fizzy vimto or Fanta zero.thank you. Also, the exterior woodwork could do with a repaint if you don't want the wood to rot very soon.

A lovely cafe in Alexander Park with views of the lake.Whether with children during the summer for a bite and ice cream or meeting up for lunch with friends this place is ideal.A good size menu with some vegetarian options and a specials board. Decently priced with good size portions. Food is always delicious and staff are friendly.Highly recommend.

Great community cafe with homemade lunch specials menu and a variety of desserts. Staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Added bonus of being set in a huge park, next to a beautiful lake and tennis courts.

We took our youth group for a walk. Ended up at the cafe for hot chocolate and the manager was kind enough to give us a discount. Really welcoming and free upgrade to fully loaded hot chocolate was just the topping on the cake.

Small but cheerful cafe in Alexandra Park next to the boating lake. Nice range of snacks and treats. Service can take some time but the staff do work hard to serve everyone. Once ordered, food arrives within a few minutes.
