In my 5 years working in Uk as a RGN one of the recruitment agency arranged my interview with them today.Not even they don’t welcome you,young receptionist without experience went to inform manager that I was there, waited for 10 minutes,then saw the manager and the receptionist talking and laughing; receptionist came out asking me to fill and application form standing and giving me the pen which was tied it on the resister book for visits..No manners whatsoever, offering a chair or if I would like something to drink.Most cases the manager comes and greets the candidate,inviting them somewhere comfortable where they cand sit and write.I Left straight away and their outcome was:I was too arogant and waiting for red carpet and champagne.Good manners,professionalism and respect dosent mean red carpet and champagne.Myself I’m a foreigner in this country but some of the foreigner managers treat the working place and talk to people as they do it back in Their own country which is wrong and bad for the company.

During this unfortunate time of COVID-19 restrictions we were allowed to visit and given access to see our elderly relative as an urgency. The staffs were helpful, polite and very understanding. We passed a few residents on the way from the lounge and they seemed happy and well looked after. The place looked clean and tidy.
