Worst experience ever of buying a car. Car has sunroof which has a fault and the dealer Jamal neglected to mention it. Will cost over £2000 to repair and not covered under warranty. Other faults resolved after nightmare process with warranty company. It's really designed to exhaust you with exasperation and give up. Jamal never returns calls or does what he promised to. After nearly 4 months of waiting for log book I am having to apply for it myself. Just so many issues and regrettably Jamal doesn’t care. Very unhappy customer.

Went to motorhouse today to pick up the car I chosen. Jamal was very professional and a friendly guy. The car was as described but had a problem with the battery which kept going flat but jamal was on it straight away and paid to have a new one put on the car within minutes. Thankyou so much mate and will definitely recommend your company to others.

Found a Gem! In Slough (Motorhouse) Excillent Service! Friendly and put your mind at ease! Was a bit Scary, to say the least! Traveling from Scotland to Slough (England) to purchase a car with all our savings! But Jamal, made me feel important, when he picked me up from the train station, talking very honestly and totally open about his business. Will recommend (Motorhouse) to my friends, that I know are looking for a car and are on a tight budget! 5 Stars from me!

Car was as advertised, a good example for age and mileage. All done as agreed before collection. Needed a few messages to arrange viewing and collection but that was the only slight hiccough along the way. Would recommend to others.
