My Pets Vets

I seriously cannot praise this practice enough. The reception staff excel at their positions, are well informed and give empathy and reassurance to owners. We had an emergency dental procedure which turned out to be more complicated than originally thought. Throughout i was kept informed fully updated of my beloved dogs progress. The vets were very forthcoming with information and answered all the questions I had. Very impressed with the whole service, treatment and cost. I rarely do reviews unless its very bad or outstanding. My experience was absolutely outstanding. Thank you to all staff who dealt with Bonnie x. You were brilliant!! And shes doing fine !

I required emergency treatment/advice for my dog and from my initial phone call to seeing the vet I was met with professionalism and care.All staff on the front desk were lovely, as was the vet we saw. 01.09.23.Highly recommend this practice. We travelled 25 miles to get here as there isn’t a 24 hour veterinary practice closer to home.

We had to bring our puppy here after being referred by our vet due to his extreme vomiting and diarrhoea. He had to have emergency surgery as the pain relief wasn’t working but we were kept updated often and of the vet wasn’t available, someone else would call. We also got to visit before he was discharged and able to spend as long as we wanted. I couldn’t fault the care he received and have no doubt you saved his life! He is now home and doing well and can’t thank you enough

I bring all my rats here they have very knowledgeable staff and very caring vets and receptionists , regardless if a dog or a pet rat they show compassion ,I've had many times where I've had to bring one to be pts and they really care just as much as if it was any other animal , for a rat owner like me it means a lot . I recently brought dusty here as a emergency appointment due to his face swelling up and they where fast and efficient in seeing him and prescribing the right medication and a couple days later its completely gone down thank you all staff at my pets vets !

Unfortunately I had to have my beautiful boy PTS on the 1st of July 2023, I called my pets vets as it was an emergency and needed to be seen right away. The lady on the front desk that evening was amazing with me and listened and kept me calm throughout the phone call. Arrived to vets waiting for our arrival and looked after my boy for his short time there. My pets vets wasn't our vets for Chase but we felt so welcomed and at home while being there. I highly recommend this Vet practice and if I was to get any more pets they would definitely be registered there. I cant thankyou enough for what you did for us that day. Absolutely recommend *****.Had emergency appointment on Sunday. Sadly lost my little dog, the vets were so compassionate and amazing with us . Never used them before. But could definitely say they are the nicest professionals in my 50 years of dealing with vets. not expensive either, considering I went on a Sunday Eve. Terrible, simply all about the money. They have it splashed all over their website that they are independent and family run but THEY ARE NOT. They have been taken over, as I was told by a member of their own staff and you can really tell the difference, which she also acknowledged to me on the phone. Her attitude to me during the call was appalling, patronising and rude. I love my pet and for that reason I will be moving her to another vets as soon as possible because I no longer trust MPV. Please think carefully before using this vet. They may have been caring in the past but no longer. Money, money, money is all they care about
