DBS Bathrooms

2nd time I've used DBS for bathroom wall cladding, first property i used the 250mm wide panels, this time tried the white herring bone pattern 1000mm wide panels, which personally I found a little more difficult to handle and fit in small places. But the finish and quality of there cladding is great.

I recently purchased several shower panels from DBS Bathrooms, and I must say I was extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service. Every single panel I received had warped ends and was not square, which made the installation process a nightmare.Initially, I reached out to DBS Bathrooms to express my concerns and was met with an apology, which gave me some hope for a resolution. However, my optimism quickly dwindled when I was told that the panels were intentionally cut this way and that it was my responsibility to cut them square.This response was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect products to be of high quality and ready for installation without requiring additional adjustments. The fact that DBS Bathrooms tried to shift the responsibility onto me was both unprofessional and disappointing.In addition to the quality issues and poor customer service, I found the overall experience with DBS Bathrooms to be subpar. I had hoped for a smooth and hassle-free purchase, but instead, I encountered a company that seemed more interested in passing the buck than in ensuring customer satisfaction.I regretfully cannot recommend DBS Bathrooms based on my experience. I believe that a company's commitment to quality and customer service should be paramount, and in this case, DBS Bathrooms fell short on both fronts. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would advise looking elsewhere for your bathroom needs.

Really impressed with the quality of panels I got. I had a couple of broken panels in the boxes, but luckily I had planned for breakages and bought extra.I will definitely be using DBS in the future for other projects.

The service I received from DBS bathrooms was second to none, from the delivery of samples - to me changing my order - to the delivery of my product - everything was done in a professional and friendly manner! Nothing was too much trouble! Excellent company to deal with!

My order arrived prompt on the eta date . the panels i ordered are very easy to cut and fix, the corner trims are easy to fix but i didnt order the edge trims as i trimmed an angled trim to make an edge .one of my panels was damaged and they said they would replace it but as it happened i managed to fit it above bath so didnt need the very end that was damaged .overall very happy with my purchase from DBS Bathrooms .

My husband has just finished applying wallboards to our bathroom walls and I am so pleased. He said they were not difficult to apply, he stuck them directly on top of out previously tiled walls.I am really happy with the finished job. The boards are waterproof and dry quite quickly after having a shower. They wipe down well and I have had lots of compliments on my new room.

I have just place a fourth order from DBS. (and have also recommended and installed for others)Excellent product, easy to fit, excellent finish.The length of panel would reach the highest ceiling, just needs to be cut to length required, wish is very easy with a utility knife.A small number of panels were damaged in transit. I spoke with customer services and explained that I would try to use them. DBS offered to replace them if I couldn't use them.I managed to use them so it was unnecessary to replace any.Not saying what they did do as every case may be different, but I am happy to recommend DBS.Things go wrong, that's life, how it is dealt with is what makes for good customer service. DBS has excellent customer service, They couldn't possibly do any more.I might post another review after the current order has been delivered/fitted :)

Helpful staff, good products at reasonable prices, would purchase from them again. However, getting my order delivered was a nightmare, not DBS fault. As I live in Cornwall I'd just as well live on the dark side of the moon.

Good materials but bad transportation, some of products arived broken. End of job is nice finish, the extra work to evoid broken panels is the one that bothered me.
