Shocking lack of customer service and facilities. The in branch ATM and deposit machines are constantly out of order, with the repeat excuse of a refurbishment due, over the last 6 months. It is normal to see a queue of 10 customers waiting for 1 available cashier. My suggestion:if cashiers computers take 20 minutes to reboot, why can’t staff turn them on 20 minutes before the branch opens???

Keep in mind! Parking is payable and you have to book an appointment a month in advance or you will wait at the spot waiting one of 15 people to have a minute for you.

We had exceptional service from Sally and Jo over a long period dealing with a complex fraud case. Their care for an elderly customer was sympathetic and appropriate - ten out of ten for good personal service.

Absolutely useless advisor.Today I had luck with Faye who wasn't able to give a clear answer for any of my questions. When I tried to ask her why she was working there if she was unavailable to give clear and accurate information, not even a phone number on her own company she just looked at me stupidly. When I left, said goodbye, but just a big silence was the response.I think Lloyds Bank needs to re-trairrect their staff!

The service is always excellent here, the staff seem to have time to listen to your needs. There is a queue for cash transactions during the lunch hour. Be prepared to wait 5 to 10 minutes. The longest I have had to wait is 20 minutes. But there are so many ways to bust the queue if you can't do it on the app there is a customer service desk ready to help.Good team.

At least 10 people in front of me when I visited. How about the staff that hover near the front door trying to force people to use the deposit machines instead of dealing with someone face to face, get behind the counter so there are at least 4 people serving. Or perhaps some of the poor staff that have lost their jobs at nearby branches could be employed here as counter staff. We don't want to use a machine - which invariable goes wrong - we want to speak with a real life person!!

Lovely patient service with the branch manager. Took time to patiently deal with all our issues despite it being a busy day.

Older woman at the front desk let me que for 20 mins and then refused to let me transfer money because I wasn't also withdrawing money ? I always do my transfers at the desk. Older woman was being difficult for no reason it seems. Forced me to que again wasting mine and her time.

Unbelievably long and slow queues. not enough staff behind the stands. Out of 4 machines only one worked and you will get long queues there too so they were no use either. They need to update their electronics and number of stuff really. Go to another branch if you can.

Took 25 minutes to queue today for a simple transaction. Only 3 counters. At any one time, there were between zero and three cashiers present and dealing with customers. Archaeic systems and far from a warm welcome from the staff.
