Asda Arnold Superstore

Best thing about this shop is the air conditioning. Toilets were filthy. Only 2 check outs open in the middle of the day. I avoid the self servicing even tho I work in a shop. It's better to be served.queue of 8 people behind me. checkout staff was miserable. Not even a hello when I said hello.will not be returning

Fell over in asda today late afternoon asda dose not bother cleaning the store and near the trolley bay in side the store some body dropped a cake or something and I slipped on it and gave hurt my knee .thank you asda I will never be shopping in asda again I know. nothing will be done about it because the staff there aren't bothered and are rude and unhelpful.so will start shopping elsewhere

Despite being a satisfied customer in the past, my most recent visit left me deeply dissatisfied.I encountered significant issues with the service provided by several staff members. Unfortunately, the quality of customer care seems to have declined. Multiple attempts to seek assistance from two or three employees were met with indifference and a complete lack of concern. One female staff member even mumbled something negative about me without looking at me, and despite my request for her name, she proceeded without acknowledging my concerns.The situation did not improve when a manager intervened. Instead of offering a sincere apology, the manager dismissed my grievances and treated me as if I were a child, avoiding addressing the issue directly.I also want to note that during this intervention, I specifically asked the manager for the name of the staff member involved, but the manager refused to provide it, stating, No

Easy free parking. Good stock if most items. Has all the staples and fresh produce you would want. Always busy. Choice of self-service, scan and go and manned checkouts. Small In-store pharmacy.

Not enough manned tills, constantly being urged to go to self check out. NOT for me, try and listen asda, we oldies can't always 'work' the self check-out machines and have to hang about waiting for staff to assist, in that time you can be through a manned 'till and on yer way.

It's a average store most of the time with empty shelves and toilet is pathetic seems like not cleaned for ages. Management should increase there number of staff to resolve these issues.

Thanks Asda-Saturday steak night in and yet again having to spend more time cutting sinew and inedible fatty muscle from an Extra Special fillet steak.The offending parts are always hidden face down on the bottom of the tray and it's happening so regularly as to not be a mistake.Workers in the meat packing department definitely aren't butchers.The flavour is generally good, but the attached offal is shameful and probably fraudulent when charging over £37/kilo.Not recommended.

I love this place because they have organised every single item where it easy to find when you are shopping in a rush or haste. So if you go there about 2 or 3 tomes you will know where everything is and you won't have to ask for assistance and you can finish your shopping really quickly. Overall this place is definitely 10/10.
