had a dreadful experience, rang up to book an appointment for my year old border collie. the woman i spoke too gave every reason and excuse to not allow me to book my dog in for a trim, making excuses like, hes going to take a long time to dry, has he got long hair,she refused to give me a price to have my dog groomed,i asked her again for a price to groom my dog,she then said to leave the discussion there and refused to proceed to book my dog in.i would not recommend anyone to use posh paws at wrekenton,the women is awful and very obstuctive.

I have used posh paws on.several occasions over the past 2 years and have no complaints. On my first visit I asked for a trim on my shi tzu and that's what he got. On all other occasions I left it up to her to do as she felt necessary and each time he has come out smelling and looking lovely. He has his ears plucked and nails cut as part of the service. The lady was extremely patient with him because he is a very feisty little dog but now he doesn't mind it. I would and have recommended posh paws to my friends.

Dreadful groomer! Took our poochon for a tidy up and when I collected him his body had been scalped, tail left long, head cut was totally lopsided and dog very distressed! Luckily found a good samaratin at pets at home the same day who despite being fully booked took him in to make him look respectable again. Having since read reviews I feel so foolish for trusting this woman with my baby... would NEVER use again!!

I have used this salon for years, always get exceptional service, she does a fantastic job on my puppy/dog well impressed!

After our 6mos old German Shepherd puppy had a traumatizing time in another groomers who couldn't even finish the groom, we went to Posh Paws hoping he will have a better time. We had high hopes especially since it was a friend who told me about them. She did not disappoint! Our dog was happy when we came to pick him up and he was still happily jumping on the lady so he's definitely not been traumatized again! We are well pleased and we will be coming back to get our dog groomed there again.

Hi all..I emailed to make an appointmentHave very nervous dogs with extreme anxiety.1 staffy & 1 frenchie.No other groomer has been able to do the girls nails,or i get told no instantly when we arrive.On arrival to posh paws...The owner had a calming professional way with my girls.She never give up,was kind n reassuring to no end.I can honestly say that she has alter my fear & that of my dogs.I will not hesitate to spread the word to her ability and beyond.Absolutely fantastic groomers.Ideal if your dog has fears as mine do.You wont be disappointed & her prices are so affordable.Thank you so much for todayPosh paws are truly my new go to without a doubt.Your worth your weight in gold.

I have been using Posh Paws for nearly 4 years now. Sian is always very accommodating and will always make an appt that is convenient to me. I have always been more than happy with the standard of grooming for Millie. I wouldn't go anywhere else, the standard of care is the highest ever. I feel she provides an excellent service at a reasonable cost. Can't understand some of the negative reviews as personally I have never had an issues.

Will not be taking my Yorkie back to this women, he was an absolute mess. Scalped, raggy tail, uneven head shape and long hairs everywhere. Don’t think he was even bathed. My Yorkie is currently on antibiotics caused by nicks and dirty blades (stated by a vet). If I saw all the negative reviews for this place I definitely wouldn’t of took my dog to this unhygienic groomer. Would not recommend to anyone!!
