Philip and Sallie make an amazing team. When Dad passed away a couple of weeks ago we went straight back to Sussex Funeral Services, since they had handled Mum’s funeral several years ago.When we saw Dad for the last time he looked at peace and as if he was merely asleep, all thanks to the skill and care of Sallie, who treated Dad with such dignity.We asked Philip to act as our celebrant. He gave the most wonderful account of Dad; he had obviously done much research himself, having previewed our eulogy. The resulting service was a very moving celebration of Dad’s life.Through every aspect of the process Philip and Sallie have treated our family and my dad with the utmost kindness and respect. You drove slowly to ensure we caught up with you.Although a sad occasion we appreciated the humour you injected into the speech and this allowed us as a family to remember Luis with as a family .The urn was also beautifully created and your personal touch on the day of collection also exceeded our expectations .Thank you again,

Thank you seems, such an understatement. I along with my niece had chosen Sussex Funeral Services before the passing of my brother/her dad as they were able to offer a Bikers funeral. Little did we know that we'd stumbled across the best funeral service you could find. It's fair to say we were very specific about what we wanted for him, and Phil will tell you how picky I was. Nothing was too much trouble and Phil, and Sally delivered an exceptional experience for us. They took time to really understand Steve and his life before he passed and what was important to us as a family. Phil delivered the Eulogy just how we wanted it and made everything happen just how we asked. Having Phil as the celebrant just kept that seamless service going all the way through. We organised my Nan's funeral with them and found from the initial call that they came across as genuine, compassionate and knowledgeable. I was placed in a difficult position acting as a sole surviving executor to the Will of a lady who I only knew vaguely when my late father assumed a responsibility for her nearly 35 years ago.Philip at Sussex Funeral services guided me through required procedures when she passed away in June.
