Bourne Nails

The worst nail salon I have visited, first time I came the nails were different sizes to each other and cut me with the nail file.I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I understand you can have bad days.I went back to give them another chance and this time my acrylic nail fell off after 2 days, followed by another one a few days later. I have never had this before anywhere else - they asked me to come back in to fix and then charged me £15 for it.I won’t be coming back here again, I would rather do my own nails! I also find it quite dirty and quite an uncomfortable atmosphere. Go to somewhere else and save your money.

I tried a couple of places in Bourne to get my nails done before I found Bourne Nails and I've now been coming to see Giang Le (aka Lily) for the last few months. I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else.Lily is so friendly and creative, and my nails always look fabulous after I've seen her.I've attached some photos of my nails, but if you want to see more, check out her Facebook page (also Bourne Nails 1) where she regularly posts examples of her work.

Had my nails done with Lily today and I absolutely love them! Lovely lady and brilliant service. Will definitely be returning and cant wait to try a spa pedicure!

Fantastic service. Lily is so creative and able to create great designs that always are admired by others. I’ve had gel on my nails and acrylic. Many colours to choose from. So friendly and kind. Great value for money.

Lily is absolutely gorgeous - she has the most amazing ideas, keeps up with the ‘trends’ and I’ve been having my nails done by her for some time now and would never EVER consider going elsewhere. I have had nail technicians before so can compare and it’s always been such a lovely experience. Lily is honestly fabulous, I have always come out of the salon with something far better than I have in mind which is wonderful. An absolute gem!

I have been coming to have my nails done by lily for a few years now and I would recommend her to anyone as she shows compassion and is professional at all times even when really busy, she is understanding when you have to change appointment and is very chatty and will almost do anything from a picture that you have found on the Internet or if she has time she likes to do her own designs on her clients hands from colours you have chosen. I've never had a bad experience and have always made to feel welcome when in the salon.
