Booking missing from system on arrival, car park barriers not in use so can't be secure? Nice quick transfer to airport but transfer back was a shambles. Took ages to get back, different bus showing different parking service was our bus, again booking not found but barriers not working so no problem getting back out! Wouldn't use again.

On arrival found location ok but surprised there are no bus stops with bus going around to pick you up near were you park like most other park n ride car parks. Went over to office staff confirmed date n flight coming back so they can check flight arrivals, on return went to bus stop first hoping bus may of been waiting but it wasn't, rang number to get a automated answer buses were coming and going one driver that had noticed us told us we could of got on another name bus that goes to car park but this particular bus was full that was there at the time, so at 1am after 6+ hrs travelling very tired and with a child wasn't happy bus arrived after waiting 10/15 mins, then just parks up nxt to the office.Would not use again very disappointed.

Was a bit apprehensive about leaving my car whilst we went away but it was fantastic! Drove through no stress dropped us off at the airport then 10 days later we phoned after we got our baggage they picked us up and back to the car. No stress was great!

Initially this service started out well as we were given quick and efficient transport to the airport when we arrived. However, do not be fooled. The return journey was far from the convenient and quick service we booked and paid for. The on demand transfers are definitely not that. On arrival back at the airport we called twice (and several more times where we just got an answer service) looking for our pick up back to the car park. After waiting more than half an hour, and seeing several other car park buses pass by, ours finally arrived, arrogant driver in tow. I wouldn't recommend this car park, pick somewhere else. We certainly will be next time!

Fantastic and very good price. I will definitely use again. Easy to get to. The automatic license plate recognition is brilliant. The bus was quick roughly 5mins. On the way back had to wait about 15mins but it was late at night.

They will dirty your car and park anywhereOn 17/11 at 18:00 I have delivered to ParknFly Parking a very clear vehicle on inside and outside. For my surprise on 27/11 it was handed to me a dirty car on the outside and extremely dirty inside. The carpet in the driver's seat was very dirty with mud on it as you can see in the photos. It is very unlikely that a good clean will solve such issue. Talking to the driver I was advised to me to contact the central to solve this issue. The e-mail was sent on the following day. I had no reply in two weeks when I decided to call them back, for my suprise they informed nothing could be done. Do not trust your car to these people from ParknFly Parking!!!

Use this regular great service..drivers very helpful and polite and at reception..will be booking again shortly. So easy we found it no bother we travel in from hamilton just come off at our junction straight road then quickly you are turning right and you are there always found there service quick

Excellent price for airport parking. After being stranded in Amsterdam this December (2017) my car overstayed for 3 days. I thought I was coming back to a large bill but was only charged £15, which I must say was amazing, especially since it was a very costly trip. Would for sure recommend it.

Place is closed down, but drove round to airport a d turns out ple ty to space.....16/04/23......maybe open for summer

Turned up at this place at 6.00am on 11th November to find that it had shut down, paid for this back in July and had to find an alternative or miss flight, not any notification from them or the agents about the closure, disgraceful. Don't deserve any stars but won't accept post without.
