Took my little dog at 9 am for a hair cut today 12.10 still not heard from them so went up there to b told rudely he had only been bathed and not clipped yet, finally got him bk at 12.50 so my 14yr old boy was caged all that time ,fuming!

The ladies here are incredible, we got our dog from Ravenswood pet rescue and always bring him back for his bath to the ladies cause they are so so good xxx

Although the owners have changed the staff remained. They have always been good with my dog. Even though he had a fit whilst being groomed, they didn't have any qualms about having him back
