This was our 8 month old puppy's first time at a groomers. Making the booking and communicating with Jess was super easy. Our poochon puppy was heavily matted so we were expecting her to come home completely shaved but Jess took the time to ensure our puppy had a cut that we all love.Our puppy came back super happy without any anxiousness. I've previously had negative experiences with groomers with a previous dog but I'd highly recommend Jess if you're looking for a great groomer.

Cannot recommend Groom&Go enough. The service has been excellent! My dog, a standard schnauzer desperately needed a haircut. As soon as could be arranged Groom&Go booked him in. My dog had his haircut, and he now looks Amazing. Also, he feels like himself again. Following the haircut he has had so, so many compliments. Plus in himself, he seems more settled, calm and content. Could not have asked for a better service throughout.

Jess was absolutely fab with my Cockapoo Benji today. It was his first time going to Jess & he came back looking fabulous. Very happy with his groom & a bonus that he smells wonderful. Already booked in for Benji’s second groom. Thank you Jess.

After being let down by my usual groomer, i contacted Groom&Go and asked for any last minute appointmentsManaged to fit me in the next day and my dog looks fantastic! So pleased with the groom and the service I received was 5*Friendly and very attentive to my dog who was a little nervousHighly recommend!

Took our pup for her first groom here :) very pleased. Was nervous as she was a little funny with the brush but Jess reassured me and we have booked her in again :)
