Excellent, quick and incredibly friendly service of installing a metal watch strap. They only sell leather straps at the moment, but they'll do a free measurement of your watch for you to order the strap online yourself. Once you have it, you can come back and they'll install it for you on the spot. Highly recommended!

My wife’s shoe broke walking nearby. Popped into Timpsons and the man working was super helpful. He repaired the shoe on the spot and was kind enough not to charge as it only needed some glue as a temporary fix. He said he doesn’t usually work in this branch but just wanted to pass on my thanks. Absolute lifesaver

Asked at this branch this morning for a replacement battery for my watch £20 I said no thanks -went to my local watch repair shop In Battersea -laucher in Battersea park road and got a new battery for £5

I tripped on my way to work and broke my heel. Found sainsbury on Cromwell road. I met a young kind gentleman in Timpson called Terry. I explained what had happened and that I needed the shoe fixed quickly as I had an important meeting. . He took couple of minutes to do so. When I offered to pay for such a quick service, he waved his hand and said Have a nice day". I thought that I will share this lovely experience with you all. Thanks Terry"

I approached Terry (Cromwell Road, Sainsbury) today asking his help to fix my mum's walking stick. He greeted us with the friendly smile, was very helpful and incredibly creative to sort out the problem.I was absolutely stunned with Terry's engineering approach and the way of thinking.He fixed walking stick in 5 minutes using simple equipment.I respect all professions in general, if a person is a professional in them.Terry is the top master in his profession.I wish there were more people like Terry around in our life.Thank you Terry so very much! You are Brilliant!

I had an urgent request to solve and in my opinion, it wasn't the simplest one. I was fortunate to meet Terry. Impressive level professionalism, communicative skills, and manners. I have left Timpson with great experience and most importantly practically satisfied result. Never have come across with such a level of attention and care to the customer. Terry was just brilliant!
