Plenty of toys and crafts for birthday or Christmas

The store is Hartlepool Middleton Grange is amazing,good deals on toys,the staff are lovely,really busy but always have a smile and are so helpful,a credit to the company at the start of this busy season

Great little toy shop for all ages upto teenager (0 - 13yrs old).It has an extremely well varied stock of toys, toy accessories, wrapping papers, boards games and more...Take the kids in and they will love it, staff are friendly and helpful, the store is small but the way they have managed to pack so many different types of toy amazing.Me and the wife often consult this shop when looking for new family board games which have brought the kids off their consoles for how's of fun often educational Baird game play and banter.Walk in take Al look!! You will not regret it.

Although not a large store, the staff are extremely friendly here and always interact with children. The range of items they have in store is good and click and collect is easy and fast. Staff are always willing to answer any questions you may have a will check other stores for stock of items they may not have.

The Entertainer has a great variety of toys and games for children (and adults!) of all ages from licensed dolls, plushes and figurines, to boardgames, card games and puzzles. They have a lot of popular games and names like Marvel, Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig etc.The pricing is very fair. I've seen similarly priced toys in the likes of ASDA, Tesco and Morisson's for much higher prices.I bought by nephew a nice Paw Patrol Play-Doh set for a good price and treated myself to a Tamagotchi for the nostalgia. That takes me back. Didn't cost much more today than it did like 25 years ago.The staff are very helpful and friendly and the store is always immaculate.The wrapping paper is a little expensive (I think they were on offer at two for £5, making each roll more than £2.50 on their own - £2.75 if memory serves. In contrast I just got two nicer rolls from Tesco on Clubcard offer for two for £2). They had pink Paw Patrol paper but no blue. My nephew would have loved the blue.

I was looking for a present for my grandsons birthday but I was greatly disappointed in this shop. I am almost 70 years old and the shop assistant followed me from the minute I went in to the minute I left, I know she was probable just doing her job but she made me feel very uncomfortable as though I was going to steal some thing. There was not a lot of choice in toys and I left without buying anything

Brilliant customer service provided everytime we visit. Only thing that let's it down is they don't hold all entertainments catalogue in store as its only a tiny shop. Supprisingly they still do manage to stock a good variety.

It's a lovely place to go and my Grandson of a year and nine months old loves all the toys and they have all ages for babies and over to pick from.
