Brad and his team worked together to convert our bathroom into a shower room. Brad was easy to talk to and discussed our requirements with us several times before starting work.He kept us well-informed about everything as the conversion happened.The tilers worked well together and produced high quality work, exactly as we wanted. They consulted with us throughout to make sure it was perfect.We are extremely pleased with our finished shower room and would highly recommend Brad and his team to others.

Over a number of years we have worked alongside Brad and his team on many projects. I have always found them to be efficient, tidy and very friendly, leaving behind only the best finish to every job.Their knowledge and fault finding on our heating system saved the unnecessary replacement of a boiler, which other companies had previously suggested was the only option.I have no problem recommending them to my own clients.

Used them once for a leak repair. Did an ok job but needed to come back and fix it a second time as first fix didn’t work.Gave them another go when we moved house - took ~3 weeks to get a slot where they could come out and deal with a heating issue. When they did turn up they only had ~1hr as they were running late and had another commitment they had to get to so didn’t fix the problem. They were then booked in to attend again ~2 weeks later but they then cancelled that appointment.Just really hard to pin down and get commitment from them. Wouldn’t recommend.
