Great location for footy with a short walk to The Stadium of Light. Beware if you pre-book using a parking app as it doesn't guarantee you a space. We got the last one luckily. Another 2 minutes and we'd have been looking for an alternative

Parking charges are crazy. Next time I will park after 3-00 pm when it is free.The adjacent private parking lot is much cheaper but was full when i arrived.
