I went in over a month ago now to purchase a load of items. This was during the masked up time and the sales assistant sneezed really loudly with no mask on and not covering his mouth. Openly over the products. I went to the till and purchased my items. Asked for a receipt as the last time i was there I'd been overcharged. I got home, looked at the receipt to realise that yep I'd been overcharged again!! I emailed the one stop complaint site. Nothing back.Did it again. Nothing. I then filled out the feedback survey from my receipt in hope of a response. Surprise surprise NOTHING!!!!

DO NOT USE FOR PARCEL PICK-UP!!!!The staff leave the trolley next to the till unsupervised for anyone to rummage through. I had also ordered a parcel in my new name (was waiting for my licence to be updated) and they initially refused to give it to me despite me having to tell them my address and where, what and to who it was for as they couldn't find it for over 5 minutes, meanwhile questioning me if it had *actually* arrived and if I had proof.The woman then had the audacity to tell me rudely that I should put it in my (old) name for next time (Royal Mail had no issue with this). Well don't worry as there won't be a next time.

We went to the one shop at 9:53 on a Monday night, and the staff were locking the door we knocked on and showed them our watch, and they basically told us to do one. Two other people tried to come in after us, so that’s at least three sales that they’ve lost this evening closing at 10 means closing at 10 not seven minutes too.

We came in at 10:27 intending to buy a few beers, not knowing the law that prohibits the sale of alcohol after 10:30 on Sunday, and a lovely staff member stopped what he was doing to run to a till and help us out.Absolute legend.
