We woke up to find we had no power. After trying the usual things, I phoned Electricians On Call. The electrician, Paul, got back to me within ten minutes. I explained the problem and he said he would be there between 1 and 3 that day. Later, he reprioritised us ,as we have insulin in fridge etc, and he was here by 12 O clock. He was very professional and worked extemely hard on a difficult job. He explained clearly what he was doing and kept us in the loop. He gave us back our power and identified a cable that would need replacing at a later date. He said he would send a quote for the further work that night, and he did so. He was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul. He was very professional and helpful. Great service!

Great service from Paul at ElectriciansOnCall. Responded to an emergency callout within an hour, which was less than the 90min estimate. Quickly fixed as much of the issue as he could and recommended consulting a plumber for the remainder. Then relayed the relevant information to the plumber the following day so they could finish the fix. Thank you

An emergency call to a location just outside Canterbury. The response was on time, the electrician knew what he was doing, and without fuss solved the problem while providing clear explanations. Highly professional.

So grateful for such a quick response. Electrician arrived on time and had fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Also charge a set call out for first 30 minutes rather than an hour, enough time to assess the problem and fix it. Very friendly and explained everything clearly. The engineer turned up on time, had all necessary equipment with him. Explained what was needed Did the job very efficiently, left everything clean and tidy. Highly receommended

Called out to deal with a dangerous socket. The electrician was helpful and explained the reason why this socket had failed (overloading) in great detail, repaired the issue quickly. Also took the time to explain that our newish" circuit board was not professionally installed and showed faults within the board (which were clearly visible) Issued a very satisfactory quote for replacement circuit board and full electrical survey.Should have charged me more for the fixed callout

An excellent service, I left a message, Paul called me back within minutes, explained the charges, arranged a time, arrived slightly early, fixed the problem, plus another I didn’t know I had, carefully checked everything whilst explaining what he was doing, and explained the workings of my fuse box. He was smart, efficient, helpful and I will happily call on him again.

Loss of power on a Friday afternoon was responded to immediately. Paul explained fees and process prior to attending. Arrived at promised time and worked quickly, efficiently, cleanly and carried out thorough investigation of fault. This was rectified and power restored. Advice and future improvements suggested and explained.Highly recommended.

Electrician arrived as expected and was here an hour looking for fault. He temporary fixed fault, but advised of work needing carrying out for permanent fix, advised using a smaller company to do the work. Our usual electrician arrived the next day to fix fault, he carried out proper checks and fully examined consumerboard etc until fault was found which in the end was far smaller than the emergency electrician advised. Nearly £150 cheaper using our usual electrician.
