Can't fault them at all other than the prices but tires aren't the cheapest thing so maybe my point of reference was wrong.Tires changed quickly and wellStaff personable and helpful. Kept me up to date on progress and timelineDefinitely would use again

Booked my car in here for an MOT after being let down badly by a garage opposite. Paul Garland and the Team were knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Sat in the warm and dry with a hot drink whilst my MOT was carried out.Overview,Great value, quick, polite and friendly. Will definitely be using again for our other vehicles and would recommend without hesitation to anyone in the area.Thanks again Paul.

Convenient location. Decent number of slots available when booking MOT online. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of customer parking.Due to lack of staff they were unable to carry out the repairs needed for my car to pass MOT. This meant I had to find another garage to get the work done and then return for retest, which was a little inconvenient

The manager at that centre was a pleasant gentleman I never got his name but the mechanics who carried out the service didn't treat my car with respect.They threw my cussion onthe floor when it was on my seat before they carried out the work.Also the boot of the car I had stuff in an orderly fashion and they even nearly squeshed my pears which was in a suitable place but they threw stuff over my fruits total disregard for my belonging .I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services.

Had an MOT booked for 2 weeks and had the appointment cancelled with 4 hours notice as their ramps no longer support my car. Not impressed.

Arrived 7 minutes late, due to motorway being unexpectedly closed, phoned them to let them know.I had booked an MOT and full service, left the car with them, on returning 2.5 hours later, they had just finished. On collecting my paperwork, they asked when I would like to reschedule my service for as they didn't have time to do it. As this is not my local depot, over a hour from home, returning was not convenient so I asked them to reschedule it to my local branch - all seemed quite easy to me. No, they just refunded the service part to me.My local branch are farmers friendly and communicative, this was just a pure business transaction that was an inconvenience because I was 7 minutes late. I suspect the majority of people were late this day, as Bristol and surrounding area got completely gridlocked.

I've been a customer here for many years. However, today may have been my last visit. The blonde female on the front desk had a very bad attitude. When I arrived, she completely ignored me, choosing to continue typing on her computer keyboard for well over a minute before eventually acknowledging me. I do understand that she has other things to do besides helping customers that are physically in the office, like probably replying to other one-star reviews, but his is not acceptable customer service. She could have stopped typing and spoken to me, either to deal with my query or to simply say that she would be with me in a moment.I hope for the sake of Halfords that this person is not permanently in this post, if she is I'm sure they will continue to lose trade. The man who has always been there in that past could teach her a lot about customer service.I left the office and then drove across the yard to Formula One, where I received an excellent and friendly service.

Good to book in to most of the time.I had a 10 point check done and was told everything looked good... realised on my drive home that my back windscreen wiper was hanging off.... So not great.

Top class service. They are usually not very busy you on Halfords website if you are looking for quickest appointment this branch mostly have next day appointment. This is reason i always book with them although they are quite far from my home.They are polite friendly and service is very good as well especially Paul. I’ll recommend them.
