I can't say enough about this Jiu Jitsu academy - it's hands down the best gym around. The level of teaching here is super high, and the instructors are not only incredibly skilled but also very patient and dedicated to helping students improve. The environment Yousuf has cultivated here is comfortable and welcoming, making it a great place for people of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, this academy is the place to be. I've learned so much and made wonderful friends along the way. Highly recommended!

Really welcoming gym, great teachers and great atmosphere. Good hygiene as well, which I find important. The space can be a bit small for the popular classes, but I’ve only come at peak times, so it’s to be expected. By far the best martial arts gym I’ve experienced in Brighton.

I was on holiday from Australia and dropped in while in the Brighton area as a brand new blue belt. I had the chance to do a few sessions which were great, really nice training space and really nice crowd and top instructors. The highlight for me was having the chance to spend time training with Sergei, working on some fundamentals. He's an absolutely brilliant coach who explains concepts so well. Highly recommend the gym if you're looking to train, but massive thanks to Sergei, will definitely drop in again when in the area in the future, cheers.

You have to install an app to use their service then there are a bunch of subscription options then they email you every day trying to get you to pay for one of the many payments schemes then when I asked the guy to unsubscribe me from the email alerts he deleted my account which seemed very childish. And to top it all off they play music in their lessons so I couldn't hear anything the women was saying. Never been to a martial art class where they play music very distracting. I found the whole experience very confusing disappointing and unprofessional

Great, safe, fantastic place to learn martial arts. The trainer's are watchful and help each student with their individual goals. All students are respected, encouraged, and taught to help each other. Top class coaches and extremely friendly environment. Love this place! We are all one.

I joined nearly 2 years ago and everybody I have met have been really friendly and willing to share things they know. The coaches are great, very skilled and provide classes to suit everyone. It doesn’t matter if you have never done jiu jitsu before you will be made to feel welcome. I couldn’t recommend a better gym to learn and grow.

Visited Elements on Saturday to do the competition class.I was able to register and book very easily using the online system.Excellent facilities, full changing room and shower for after training.Atmosphere in the class was absolutely spot on. Had a fantastic session, brilliant training partners/atmosphere/vibe. Still buzzing from it days later..Would highly recommend training here, Yousuf was a true gentleman, thanks again Gareth.

Very welcoming vibe, a real fun and good sense of community while pushing eachover to become better, the coaches are great, friendly and really know their stuff. Beginners or advanced it's easy to settle in here, would highly recommend
