Pizza Hut Delivery
Ordered via deliveroo. Restaurant contacted me to let me know that they didn't have some of the items I ordered. I asked them to cancel the order but they said they couldn't so I'd have to contact deliveroo.While I was on live chat with deliveroo, they marked the order as out for delivery so deliveroo wouldn't cancel it. According to the tracker, someone drove past my house, marked the order delivered and left. With no attempt of any sort of delivery.Luckily deliveroo refunded the order. But I wouldn't recommend ordering from here unless you want messing about.

Lovely food and the staff are amazing fast service really enjoyed a good chat with the team the shop looks like it needs a update but apart from that it was good all around keep up the good work guys

Second time I've reminded them to put the garlic sprinkles on the crust. Second time it's arrived with none. Won't be using again. Wouldn't mind I ordered on phone and specifically stated. Even the garlic cheese tear and share had none. Fuming. Paid for something I didn't want

Ordered food 9.15pm told on way took cash from accountDelivery on way and nothing, no orderPhoned shop it's shut!!! Will be having words in store tomorrow for full refund and expressing my disgust with such appalling service. Kids had no tea on Halloween so ended up with soup not impressed in slightest. Long term customer and treated like this!!New edit spoke branch and as busy they got deliveroo driver in to deliver who then stole our order and is being reportedShop gave full refund and order for free to say sorry! Well done pizza hut

My step son ordered pizza online, accidentally pressed the pick up button. Wanted delivery. He was so stressed about it was going to get taxi there. We live in Thornton. I said I will speak to staff there, very helpful and the chap I spoke to was very understanding. Sorted everything out just had to pay for delivery which was £2. Lol. Not tasted food yet but I’m guessing will be great. And thanks to the person I spoke too over the phone. Thanks again. Beers on me thanks

Wouldn’t even give them one star. Ordered online, an hour after it was supposed to arrive managed to get through on the phone to get a torrent of abuse off the one person working on the phone tonight. Told me the order had not been made and we probably wouldn’t get it. Nice.Asked for a refund but they won’t give it.As an ex manager of a Pizza Hut Restaurant I am massively disappointed that an employee would hang up not once but twice.Avoid.To add insult to injury a delivery driver turned up at 9:15pm with our order. Needless to say we politely turned him away.

Not ordered for a while due to the last order being a mangled mess.Ordered again tonight hoping things had improved, I was wrong Pizza was burnt and cut oddly..too much garlic dust on the crust. We always have half n half most of the pizza was chicken and mushroom.Waste of £23 I won’t be back in a hurry!

The worst pizza I have ever had!Stale! Hard biscuit base! That’s not dough!Bland. Cold. Tasteless.I was really looking forward to having a pizza but this was so disappointing, this was next level rubbish.Don’t know how they have the audacity to call it pizza. Shameful!40 minute wait. The young land was so unprofessional and swearing all the time.Cost me £32. Won’t ever be going again.
