Time 4 Sleep

Ordered bed took 4/5 weeks to come, bed arrived started unpacking noticed one of the side hooks was bent, (clearly packed broken) I didn't have anything to unbend it, also didn't want to snap it. Called number, spoke to a lass told me to email it and she would get back to me. Heard nothing for over an hour. Called again, lass opens the email finally. Saw the issue books me to have another part redelivered 3 days later... asks me to box up the old parts best I can for collection.Delivery men come and say they're only dropping off (seperate company not their fault). So I call and speak to another lass. Puts me on hold for Aaaaages, and in this time the guys have obviously left, tells me they can pick it up following day, no good I have chemo.So she says Monday, then says maybe they thought you wanted to dispose of it yourself" no... she clearly said package it best you can.Guys have just come today to collect. Delivery company very nice BJS.Bed isn't what I thought at all

Excellent Seller. Purchased through ebay from time4sleep. Good communication. Kept updated with progress on order via the delivery company used. The quality of the bed is excellent. Clear instructions to assemble. Would surely use again.

Shocking service AVOID!!! I’ve had several beds and never had issues like this. We’ve had to get rid of our bed in less than 9 months. Smelled and and sank into the middle. AWFUL customer service, they will mess you around and waste days of your life. Chemical smell like previous reviews have said, I wish we listened to them - don’t make the same mistake.

Fantastic product and more importantly aftersales, it had a broken piston which Laura & Lisa sent me a replacement to fix, arrived very quickly.Very customer friendly service.Tom

AVOID, BED SMELLS OF CHEMICALSBought an ottoman king bed from Time4sleep about 5 months ago. When arrived it smelled awfully of chemicals, so I opened all the windows every day for 3 months, hoping to solve the problem. Then, I contacted the company that sent me an indipendent technician" to assess the smell. Obviously

Have a 'TV bed' and misplaced the controller. Super promptly sent me a new one. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommended.

This was our first purchase from Time 4 Sleep, and we were inspired by a particular style of bed, that although had a higher price tag than other similar alternatives from other suppliers, it oozed a quality and uniqueness that the alternatives lacked. Upon delivery, we noticed a minor flaw in the leather, but this was so professionally and efficiently dealt with in a no quibble exchange that this further added confidence in the company. All in all, they went over and above to ensure that we received great value for money.

The company itself is fine. I bought the Westcott bed back in March 2020. All delivered on time. The upholstery was fine but the problem was with the frame. It is made of the cheapest, thinnest, nastiest pine known to man. It's supported with a middle leg which is how you know your furniture is cheap and nasty. I was going to return it but the pandemic hit and everything just went a bit wrong. Anyway we are both under 60kg but the frame snapped on the middle support bar. We have tried to fix numerous times but no luck. I'm writing this at midnight after hearing another spectacular collapse in the other room where my poor exhausted partner had finally fallen asleep. This bed is not fit for purpose. It boggles my mind that companies are able to make such poor quality products and get away with it. Here's a lesson for anyone reading this: if you ever buy a piece of furniture, whether it's a sofa or a bed, and it has a middle leg in the middle, return it. It means they've skimped on the quality and the structural integrity is so rubbish it can't support itself. Run a mile.
