Thank you to Dr Hugo Ferreira and Emma Jones today.Had a great experience, they were both really friendly and welcoming. Explained what was happening throughout my appointment, which put me at ease.5 ⭐️ service from you both!

First visit to the Practice since they moved.A lovely bright and airy reception area with plenty of seating.The surgery was bright, relaxing with a fab ceiling!Dr Salah and his dental nurse were lovely. Both explained everything fully, including benefits and any negatives of potential treatment.I'd recommend the Practice and especially Dr Salah and team.

It seems that the barrage of complaints and negative reviews I've read online over the course of time have all been removed. I am obviously not alone in experiencing the abominable customer service at this practice which has forced me to make an official complaint. I was turned away for being 2 minutes late. I stupidly thought I'd save time filling out their online form in the carpark outside instead of the 10 minutes it would have taken to do the necessary paperwork inside. I didn't expect the form to be that ridiculously long and I took longer than expected, hence the reason I was 2 minutes late. The form took longer than expected due to questions like, Am I likely to have teeth straightening in the future? Am I likely to have teeth whitening in the future? Seems to be Phishing for business in my opinion. It wasn't even busy, no reason whatsoever why I couldn't have be seen as it was only a check up. I was stood at the reception desk for a further 3 minutes without being seen to. This took me 5 minutes over my appointment time. I was then told because I was 5 minutes over I wouldn't be seen and would have to make another appointment. If they were that tight keeping to schedules they should have been more on the ball as soon as I arrived not kept me waiting at the desk. I'm usually kept waiting for at least 15 minutes or more to see the dentist on my check ups in the past anyway. For the past 2 years I've not seen the dentist or had any communication with a dental receptionist only to cancel my check up appointments 4 times, once on the actual day of my appointment! which I accepted with a lot more understanding than I was met with. The treatment I had previously for a tooth was terrible. Didn't last and had to go back to have it redone which I had to pay again for. What I'm left with now is questionable according to another dental practitioner. My husband and son both had toothache within a short time of each other and both kept waiting for months for an appointment. When they eventually did get an appointment they were told to make another appointment in order for the tooth to be treated. This practice needs to be investigated as seems to be forcing patients to pay for private treatment by keeping them waiting for months on end for NHS treatment which most of the reviews I've read have stated. After my experience I am of the same opinion. The staff need to be retrained to provide better customer service, not just my opinion judging by the many comments of complaint which have now disappeared. I've only stuck with the appalling customer service as it's difficult to get another NHS dentist at present. They know this hence the reason why they treat their patients with such disdain. Also the reason they are all still in a job. Update since leaving this review I have received a letter in the post warning me that verbal abuse and threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. At no point was I verbally abusive or showed any threatening behaviour. This is a lie and has left a stain on my good character. I will be contacting you shortly for you to explain why you are lying. Clearly sent to cover themselves from any wrong doing on their part such exhibiting total disregard for their patient and shifting any blame or responsibility.

Nearly finished my invisalign journey with Dr Magda Ferreira. Been absolutely brilliant. Regular appointments and fitting me in on short notice, helping me with any problems. Great service from all the staff very welcoming, kind and caring. I have now got the smile I've always wanted. Giving me more confidence and I actually smile with my teeth now!

As a sufferer of a Traumatic Brain injury after a fall from a ladder my balance is very poor and I have lost front teeth from stumbles. I also haven't been to a dentist for years and my teeth were in a very poor condition. All the staff I saw put me at my ease and were very friendly. They used very modern equipment to scan my teeth painlessly. They then removed about 4 roots that was not an easy job but I felt no pain before or after .They then cleaned and carried out the numerous fillings I required. They then had top and bottom metal plate dentures made to replace the teeth that I had missing made to their scans. These plates are very easy to take out and replace and are secure when I'm wearing them. I cannot thank them enough for giving me my smile back and the ability to bite and chew my food. I would highly wnrecommend them and judging by the people i met in the comfortable waiting room I'm not on my own .

My dentist Helen is absolutely amazing! I am very nervous of dentists due to past experience and she always put my mind to rest, she is professional, kind, gentle and so friendly! There's no other dentist I'd ever want to go to!

Two stars for being able to get same day emergency appointments (if you pay privately). However, at both my emergency appointments, I reported extreme dental pain preventing me from eating or sleeping. Both times, I was given a cursory examination, and did not receive anything to stop the pain, other than the recommendation of Corsodyl products - which they sell in reception...

Had to have two root canal fillings, which I was so nervous about because people were saying how painful the procedure wasHowever Gareth who did the fillings was absolutely amazing, he explained the procedure in every little detailInstantly putting me at ease.I had the first one a couple of months ago and the final one last weekAs a patient Ive always been terrified of visiting the dentist, however I went in for the second filling with no hesitation ( that’s unheard of for me)Gareth specialises in root canal fillings and he is a real treasureI can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing, I’ve had worse experiences in the past with just having a normal fillingThank you so much Gareth and dental nurse Lucia, for making my experience a stress free oneI now have a lesser fear of visiting the dentist in the future and this is down to your professionalism kindness patience and careI really can’t express howwonderful this man isThank you

Cancelled 3 appointments in the past 3 1/2 years. Sent the latest cancellation letter to my brother at an address I've never lived at.Would love to give a review on the dentists there but you won't ever see them.
