Did a great industrial clean on our business unit. Big job, building and windows had become very dirty especially after these lockdowns. Looks like new again, and it’s an 18 year old unit. Very impressed, great attention to detail. They also do our home windows. Recommend.

Turned up as old cleaner was pulling out of domestic work. Was unhappy with them claiming on a roof, phone number had no reply. Texted, again no reply and even though I said to no do our windows they have been back when we were out.

I have been calling them for the last two months wishing to cancel there services and no response. The mobile phone number on the leaflet they leave does not exist.

Just cleans your windows without asking n got cheek to ask for money they charge more than my regular cleaner who i been with for years you tell them no but they still keep coming n its a terrible job ,awful going around pinching other companies customers ,dreadful company

Had no option but to walk on a busy road with my pram because a Pro Clean works’ van had parked on a public path near Ty Mawr. The most disgusting part was that the van was full of lads, smoking with their doors wide open watching and looking straight at us, not hesitating to move; I’ve never seen such discourteous behaviour. Not only unprofessional but lack any common decency and manners. I would never use nor recommend this business.

Absolutely disgusting they turn up and just start cleaning your windows without asking then ask for money it's a massive con,fraud it needs to be dealt with they done it to to many residents now .
