I spoke with a gentleman who was unable to assist me so he sent me to another branch in park arcade where I found the rudest sales person I have ever interacted with in my life (Must’ve been a completion to see who could be the rudest to test customer reaction). Very poor customer service, god only knows how this place stays in business. Must’ve been the son of a real class act Avoid at all cost, out 10 zero would be been nice for the park arcade location.

Needed to get locks upgraded for insurance reasons and used Timpson. The locksmith was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and really efficient. 3 locks changed in less than 10minutes! I highly recommend using this service

Went to Timpson's Huddersfield to try to get a French key cut. Had failed in France to get a working copy on twooccasions. The assistant identified it immediately, ordered it as it was not in stock. Texted me the next day it had arrived and made 2 copies. When I arrived in France both copies worked perfectly. Impressive service from a friendly and helpful assistant.

The gentleman that was in didn't care much to help me. Only came in to get my car battery changed, he looked for a second and told me I had to go to the dealership but he clearly couldn't be arsed. Said he couldn't open it (the top literally pops off no effort) but if I opned it for him he would be able to fix. I opned it for him and he just passed me a battery... shocking service from such an established brand.

Awful service! Avoid at all costs! I went for cutting a key and I got charged £17.50 while I’ve been told £10.50. I called them when I realised for a refund and they didnt do it over the phone but instead they asked me to go in. And when I sent someone on my behalf to go and request the refund as I agreed over the phone, the person who was working in said that he cannot do refunds and to go another day as his manager wasnt in. He didnt even try to call the manager or understand the case. When i asked to speak to him on the phone to explain he said that he doesnt want to speak. And of course when I tried to call the store few minutes after, he didnt pick up. They just dont care. Simple as that!!! Go elsewhere and save your time, energy and money

Wonderful customer service, and a swift turnaround on two watch battery replacements, and the re-heeling of three pairs of the missus' shoes. Will definitely be coming back.

Always use this Timpsons & usually fantastic service for all the years I’ve been using them but today 24/01/23 it was a very different case. A grumpy old man, not helpful at all so I left the store & will go back when the usual guy Jim is back for which I would give 5 stars as he’s always helpful & friendly.

I brought in my son's watch which had stopped working. Immie spent a long time on the job, cleaning and recleaning until it started ticking once more. I'm sure others might have given it up as a bad job, especially as it was a cheap watch. We're very grateful.
