They close before 8pm rushing people to hurry, giving customers dirty looks if they are at till by 8pm . Not a good management.Other than that not enough selection of vegetable salads the shelves are half empty with just a few types of salad so that could be improved.

Most Waitrose get 5 stars, and this conveniently located mini branch is no exception, with its two customer coffee machines, AND late opening.Beware but some of the frozen food - such as oven chips - is not on the shop floor, but in their freezers in the back!

I was returning a JL product. I ask a young man if he could return this from me he said he was busy and to ask another assistant who was already busy with a customer. I understand he may have been busy but to brush me off the way he did was very dissatisfying. I am a regular shopper at little Waitrose but I may have to think again. Waitrose has always been in the lead on customer service please don’t turn out to be another Tesco’s.

DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THIS LITTLE WAITROSE. It's small but it packs a surprisingly BIG punch. I've seen Christmas Norfolk Black Turkeys, Duchy of Cornwall and Heston Blumenthal products at this branch. Not forgetting an exquisite range of wines. It carries all of the usual food and household lines but also some rare treats. You can easily find all you need right here; excellent quality, helpful staff and a wide variety of products. It's well worth a visit but remember; quality doesn't come cheap.

It is always a pleasant trip to the shop , where the friendly staff are quick to assist customers with a helpful suggestion and a hands on approach while doing your shopping , or use the Click and Collect service available.

Not as good as other nearby Waitroses because they are so slow at putting out the filled breakfast croissants. They inexplicably wait until after 10am, by which time everyone has collected breakfast.

People you are a Waitrose! Act like one or get your act together. Every time I go in, 1 or more of the fridges is broken due to the hot weather. You know this is an ongoing problem but seems disinclined to fix anything, never mind the stock you seem happy to waste every time it happens, and it happens on a near rotational basis. This never seems to be a problem on a weekend as there never seems to be any of the basic products on the shelves anyway. Your staff always seem to be trying to do 3 things at once and are always getting dragged away to deal with some parcel delivery service. AM and GM, actually I've never seen anyone who even remotely resembles a manager, come on! Everyone else there are 2 Sainsbury's with in 10 minutes walk... Enjoy the exercise and go to a better store

I am so disappointed with your staff service.My daughter told me by mobile phone with crying. One of the cashier(black man) asked to my daughter “Nie hao” when she paid the bill.She answered “I am not Chinese, Korean” but he treated her as a little girl, spoke very slowly.She is 27 years old now!We have passed by and buying something there so many times but I think his act is not proper to the a customer.My daughter told me “today her feeling is not good and feels racial discrimination from him.It happened this morning 8:30am to 8:40am.(24/03/2023)Could the manager tell him not do this kind of behaviour anymore!!!
