Needed some easy access cost effective short term storage - Quick Self Store Darlington fitted the bill. Easily sorted out, good communications and everything worked very well. Would definitely recommend checking them out if need this sort of thing.

Well what can I say other than amazing. The first contact on the phone was very professional and answered all my questions and put me at ease. Then the actual setup process is all done online, and once that is complete I got a confirmation email. Once my license start date arrived I simply received a text message with the details of my storage container along with the passcode to retrieve my padlock.So simply and quick just like the name. You also get access to an app to open the main gate when you need too.So I highly recommend using Quick Self Storage.

I've used the site a couple of times now to ease the house moving process. Fantastic service with great clean, secure and damp free space. Access is good and it is easy to manoeuvre heavy furniture etc into the storage unit with help from the always available trolleys.Staff are amazing, really helpful and a pleasure to meet. They are very happy to either help or just leave you be, always have good conversation and are a credit to the company.Cost is very good, I really can't complain as the security, the individual personal sealed/private units and the present staff make this the only choice for storage in the area.Thumbs up from me, will certainly use again in the future.

Excellent experience here with clean, easy to access storage unit and attentive, friendly, and properly helpful customer service. Usually it's hard to speak to a person and the fees rack up but this is the opposite; they go out of their way to get you a good deal and help. Recommended!

Best storage facility in Darlington, safe, secure and in a great location with easy and flexible access. Shaun and Dave are very professional and willing to help out in any way they can, It's also very convenient that they are on site to help unlike other storage companies. Highly recommended.

We have used this storage facility for over 3 month's now and they have been fantastic. We used the inside storage units which were Cleveland Bridge offices. Very clean and whenever you phoned the guy's for anything very quick in answering.This is not manned it is all CCTV monitored.I would definitely recommend this facility.

We had 2 units here for about 8 months during our move from Manchester to Darlington. The units we easy to access and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is reasonably priced as far as storage goes and there are often good deals to be had! I would recommend using them.

Excellent service from start to finish from the Sean and the team at Quick Self Storage in Darlington. The external container locker was immaculately clean, dry and secure. Prices are very competitive.Office staff are incredibly friendly and very happy to help and we had no issues at all accessing the site out of hours. Everything feels very safe and secure, with CCTV monitoring and secure pass operated external gate - this gave great peace of mind. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quick Self Storage, Darlington.
