Costa Coffee Ruabon
When I visited Costa, I was greeted with very pleasant and helpful staff. I have to use elbow crutches, and they helped me to a table. Keep up the good work guys.

An excellent Costa Cafe on the road to Llangollen. Light, airy, immaculately clean and very modern - each table had its own socket for charging mobiles etc or plugging in a laptop.Staff were very friendly and efficient.There is accesdible parking, a wheelchair accessible entrance and a clean disabled toilet.Plenty of outside seating if the weather is fine.In all a great stopping place for a break.

My fave Costa! One of the lads in there with the long tied up hair (keep forgetting to look at his name!) is truly a star! He’s so helpful, friendly and polite! Always amazing service from him and I’m always pleased if he serves me!

Lovely tasty food and drinks with helpful and friendly staff. Toilet was also clean and pleasant which was great as for us it was a pit stop on a longer journey.

From what could be a great local Costa, this place has deteriorated rapidly. We asked for our table to be cleared 3 times and no one came. There where neglected tables everywhere (see photos), and the place wasn’t even busy. Come on Costa, pull it together, turn this around please

One of the better Costa's with decent staff . It's a shame their car park is now being monitored by the notorious ' Parking Eye' group . I used to go there to read or do some work , but after receiving a fine for going over the allotted time by ten minutes, I'll no longer be frequenting this establishment, as I don't really want to have one eye on the clock while I'm relaxing. It's a shame these vultures have descended on this place as there was never any problem finding a space , so absolutely no need for them to be there other than to catch people out. £60 fine if you pay on time £100 if you don't. That's a lot of coffees , time to find somewhere else.
