Lovely place. Clean and tidy. The butcher was great. Black pudding pork sausages were amazing. Will be going again

Waterside Garden Centre
This review is primarily for the Oasis restaurant at the Waterside garden centre. After waiting a very short time to be seated, my wife and I were given a menu.My wife decided to go for Sunday roast, my self for a big breakfast, when I was told they had finished breakfast. Fair enough, I’ll have fish & chips….nope not today.The choices were Sunday lunch, sandwiches or panini’s.Why the lack of choice isn’t made clear before the menu’s are given out i don’t understand , but my wife enjoyed her dinner & the staff were faultless.I would also add that, personally, I’m against the cashless payment policy that waterside employs.

Spacious, clean tidy, lots of stock and bargains to be had at the moment. Aquatic section really Good cafe with nice selection of food, plus loads of other stuff. You can spend a few hours here.

Waterside Garden Centre
Love the fact that this Garden Centre isn't part of a bigger chain so a few different things. The plants and shrubs all looked very healthy and were clearly laid out for their suitability in the garden. The Christmas Shop and the Christmas light area are both really well laid out and visually stunning, one of the best I've seen. Lots of things to look at for the whole family, has a decent, well run restaurant- well worth a visit.

We had a lovely time ! We did some Christmas shopping, we had a delicious lunch in The Library" and a wonderful lady called Sandra helped me to find a beautiful pair of shoes that my poor old arthritic feet could easily slip into. They were pretty shoes

As well as other visits, we always come over at Christmas. Very friendly staff, great selection, good restaurant with a nice selection at very fair prices and as always, an unusual selection of unique items on offer. We always find Waterside very festive to put you in the Christmas spirit. 5 stars.

Great place. Visiting as we recently moved to the area. However, very disgusting behaviour from the staff. We were over at the Christmas decorations bit where they had a lovely gingerbread house and we were admiring the idea of how it was decorated and material used. The staff accused us of trying to rip off the decorations and we stated we were just looking. Having a young child with us too. We then proceeded to look around and touch some of the decorations ( hoping to buy some) when we got security called to watch us through the whole shop and follow us. We then left shortly after as we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Never ended up buying anything even though we found some lovely stuff.Needles to say, we will not be returning back there. Staff come plenty ruined the Christmas feel for us.

Waterside Garden Centre
Oh my goodness, we have driven past this garden centre a few times whilst visiting family, but today was my first visit.We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, that was reasonably priced and served quickly. Can't fault the food or the staff; both were excellent! Also, the dining area was beautifully laid out and decorated for the festive season.After breakfast, we explored the rest of the garden center, and its a shame we live 300+ miles away or else we would be back frequently! But I'm sure it won't be long before we visit again! Such an incredible selection of garden accessories and plants... something for every size of garden, and priced reasonably too!

Waterside Garden Centre
I always call in when I'm in this area as Waterside always have seasonal offers. I've bought bedding plants from there in the past which always do really well. They do have a card-only policy for all purchases which is the only reason I'm knocking a star off. This isn't acceptable in the post Covid world. I went for lunch which was very pleasant in their cafe. Choice was good and the service was quick. I even got adopted by a small Henry...
