Excellent customer service throughout the process

I booked my car in for a first service and a recall for a 10.30 appointment and was asked if I was waiting for the car I said I was and was told it would take about an hour and a half. When we got to the garage we were then informed we didn't actually have a booked appointment there are only two booked appointments a day and they would fit it in when they could we were not very happy but we were told they would get it done as soon as they could it was finally finished at 4.15 six hours after we arrived as you can imagine we were really not happy and the customer service was not great

Purchased a Ford Kuga from here, I have to say the customer service was outstanding no pressure of sale and no pressure in terms of time spent explaining everything and going through the vehicle before me taking it away. Stylish customer waiting / seating facilities with refreshments. I can only compare with my previous purchase from an Audi dealer and Anthony Motors Ford by far exceeded my previous experience with Audi. Would highly recommend.
