Morrisons is ok as a store the staff in there are really helpful however it isn't the value store it was before the takeover by US private equity firm clayton dubilier and rice. Also i was unable to get a breakfast in the cafe as it was closed for breakfast due to issues" according to the a4 printed sheet over the menus by the cafe entrance (13 December 2023). Very disappointing for a city centre store it also still has supply chain issues as a number of fresh produce items were not in stock. The manager of this store should have a visit to the fresh produce section of waitrose in oakgrove milton Keynes to see how a well run supply chain works and the prices are similar. A shame as this store has a lot of potential and the staff are lovely."

came in today to get a energy drink with my friend and there was an old lady at tills who asked for an id we apologised and told her we don’t have an on us and with a bad attitude and rude tone she told us i can’t serve you should have you id. we decided to leave and as we was leaving she carried on being rude and telling us we need an id. we work in retail and know customer service is important, poor customer service and they need to take notes from the younger lot on how to provide it. but the younger stuff we’re lovely and helpful.

It's pretty good inside but parking is a pain in the derrière. I come for the big jars of jalapenos and the vegan frozen section

The store always feels understaffed, especially on the fresh counters and checkouts. I couldn’t buy from the Deli because the person was taking a lunch break (as reported by their fishmonger/meat counter staff).Had further issues at the awful self service tills throwing a tantrum over the weight of items and not allowing me to scan items until verified. Morrisons sell a lot of in-store made salad and pizza items with varying weight so their till system needs to better account for this.Irrespective of that is the sole member of staff who took a little over 10 minutes to help me and a few others customers (I’d started wandering off to find someone), eventually turned up. She was short tempered and rude, throwing my food items off the till back into my basket in haste. Hardly surprising when I challenged her attitude - She stated she is covering 18 self service tills, and the kiosk and customer service desk simultaneously.They need to hire more staff. It’s a fairly big store and thinking back about all the times I’ve been as it’s local - You never see any staff in here really. You can easily be outnumbered by the Amazon staff zipping around hitting their pick rates often nearly colliding with you.The other site at Westcroft nearby is a little further away by a few miles and seems better ran, so maybe consider that one instead.

Large sized supermarket on the central mk ring near the station with its own time limited car park underneath and at surface level.Carries very good range of food and clothing along with fresh counters of meats/ fish/salads/bakery etc-also a cafe with plenty of seating.It could probably do with a freshen up in to Morrisons newer look but otherwise not a bad place to shop.

I like shopping here, particularly Pizza, Salmon, lamb and chicken. The store also has international ingredients sections with clear segregation. Limited but good choices are available for shopping clothes and footwear. Car parking is very convenient and comes free for a few hours. There is a free wifi inside the building. It looks like members are awarded with special discounts and can earn rewards.

Extremely quiet when we were there at 7:10-7:25pm. First time ever visited. Only supermarket that sells Bombardier Ale. When we left the lights were off in the carpark

Fabulous shop, don't know why I haven't been here before and I live in MK for more than a year. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone, lots of deals great products.Happy with everything and will come back more since this will become my main shopping place.

My recent visit to Morrison was quite impressive. First and foremost, the size of the store is astonishing. They have an extensive fresh salad counter with a variety of dressings, as well as a section where you can get fresh pizzas baked on the spot. The world food section is massive and offers a wide range of international choices.Parking was a breeze due to their spacious parking area, and the added bonus of having a cafe inside the store was a pleasant surprise.But I felt most of the aisles were empty, which might be because we went on a Sunday afternoon. Additionally, the prices were a bit on the higher side.

surprisingly big Morrisons but still lacking a good garden or homewares section - have been to smaller Morrisons which seem to stock more itemsnonetheless upon entry i accidentally walked into this baron roomidk it's near the city centre so ye
