My Packaging

Mypackaging staff in Shop very Polite, I purchased some foil, I usually buy Blue roll aswell. But I didnt need any this time round. Good place for anyone not just a place for food trader to buy from.. available to whoever needs packaging and cleaning sprays too.

Been using these guys a while now and they’re products never fail to disappoint, best in the game for all your packaging needs e.g cups straws foil boxes gym pro meal boxes and even personalised packaging. The quality of they’re product is what brings me back every time top stuff! They have a range of different variety of packaging and excellent customer service.

EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. I ordered 750ml boxes with lids and they’ve only posted the boxes. When queried they’ve said they’re waiting for the lids and will send them separately once they’re on site. Basically sent half the order without any notice. My restaurant is now out of packaging and we’ve got to remove items of our menu until the lids arrive. Had they told me I could’ve made other arrangements. Won’t be using or recommending these guys again.

Pathetic to get a refund back Promised i 3-5 days and now they can't since the owner is travelling. Terrible customer service over 12 days to get just £40 back... Shameful

Very bad quality products. Ordered from them quite a few times now, received bad quality pizza boxes for two times . They refused to replace with good quality ones . Totally wasting money! Avoid them !

Called in on saturday to double check the closing times were correct as was travelling over an hour way to pick up some packaging. Was assured that they were open till 5pm. Arrived before 5pm and they were closed. Called the number again to find out what was going on and then being told the guys should have still been there till 5. Total waste of my time. What a unprofessional business to deal with. Previously i was sent with the incorrect items than what i ordered, never made a fuss of it and i returned back to My Packaging to get them changed for what i actually ordered from their show room. From the experiences that ive had wont be returning neither do i recomend these cowboys.

We got most of our packaging from here as the prices are are good most of the time.My bad experience is that they got my delivery adress wrong a few times. And my main problem is that the staff on the phone need more training on how to talk to customers. Very rude because they dont care if a customer buys or not they get paid. If only the owners knew

Staff attitude is not good. Please improve it. Did not like the service also. Customer can change the entire course of one's history. Respect them.
