DX delivery

For the love of God and a warning to anyone who decides to work there please read this review and rethink before applying. This company will not care about your concerns, suggestions or anything like that. There is no health and safety there whatsoever. The place is a death trap do not go agency or full time there. Staff are rude, swear at you and will pick fights. TURN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Their is one male manager with small height,he is very useless person and they even don’t care the workers.These type of people spoiling the name of Companies and the country.

Unreliable company had three bad experiences for example I spend all day at home on 30/11/23 waiting for my parcel, only to receive a message that they attempted to deliver and they also left a note. Since then they are sending a message that their driver Andrew will deliver my parcel between 1500 and 1900. It’s so annoying

The place needs to be shut down. I applied for a job there and got told to come for an induction the following day and on arrival made some enquiries and literally anyone that works there is an immigrant with nothing risking their life and getting paid less than they deserve the government should interfere and stop such companies as they are putting people's physical and mental health at risk. I didn't even go in to complete my induction because am just awaiting my grades and have good qualifications but PLEASE DO NOT APPLY TO WORK THERE OR YOU WILL BE TREATED AS A SLAVE

If your looking to work there then avoid! Compared to other & bigger warehouses DX WV12 is terrible

absolutely abysmal service, claimed they attempted delivery with no response, but there was a live tracking app and they were at LEAST half an hour away when they claim this, screenshots were saved with proof of times and they still try to claim they attempted delivery... awful awful awful

Worst Delivery Company Ever..Promised delivery Tuesday, no show. Promised delivery Wednesday, no show, promised delivery Thursday, no show. This is without doubt the worst delivery company I've ever encountered, they make Royal Mail look efficient.. Expensive merchandise somewhere in there system for four days, and no idea if I'm ever going to receive it. I'll not wait in another day... Avoid.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care about your safety, and workers are rushing the floor flinging sharp, heavy objects around, i was injured with this company and they did nothing to help me, today they have fired me because i was working too slow? they have unrealistic expectations and expect people to carry heavy loads constantly more than 40-50kg, the workers don’t know anything about health and safety and they do not care about your well-being, your better off working at amazon, for a company who actually priorities their workers safety, STAY AWAY FROM DX FREIGHT, they shout in your face, swear, scream, if you are looking for your mental health and physical health to be ruined then dx is the company for you.

I did one shift there through staff direct 4 u agency and after 3 weeks still I didn’t get paid. If i talk about dx staff they treat you like slaves and you will be thankful to God at least they didn’t slap you.
