The two men who came to our club house to fit 3 windows and a door were great. No noise no fuss and most of all no mess all cleared up you would not know they had been there apart for the super items installed. Thank you.

After a recommendation from a family member, my experience with Total Profiles wasn’t positive.Their sales pitch was effectively “we’re expensive but quality so tough if you don’t like it.” Fair point but as a ten minute opening gambit I found their attitude off putting, but we went ahead anyway.They supplied and fitted French doors in late 2018, which included a cat flap installed in one of the doors at an additional cost of £150, taking the full price to near £2,000. We noticed over the coming weeks and months that the cat flap would leak in the rain, resulting in the wooden floor getting soaked. It wasn’t a major issue at the time as we were decorating and replacing the floor.I flagged the issue with Total Profiles around Spring 2019. Their only suggestion was to send me links to other cat flaps that might not leak. Disappointing as I thought they’d have taken responsibility for a product they supplied and fitted, but no help or replacement was forthcoming. I had to get FENSA involved early on as they weren’t responding to emails.A few months after this we noticed that the other door was misting / frosting up between the lanes of glass in the cold, so we also raised this with Total Profiles. To their credit, they ordered a new pane immediately and without hesitation.I took this opportunity to raise the cat flap issue again as we wanted it resolved once and for all - and given they had to visit again to replace the faulty pane - I thought it would be ideal to get both issues dealt with together. The only other option other than to order the alternative cat flaps that TP sent via email was to have the pane removed and a standard one fitted at a cost of £152.The chap who came out was polite, quick, and got the job done with no fuss and no mess, but it leaves a bitter taste to fork out an additional £300 for nothing.I’m keen to support local business and don’t mind paying extra for a quality product, but given their attitude at times and the fact that the products clearly were not of high-quality, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone in future.

Superb service. Came out the same day to replace broken handle on a window and a door. Such a relief. Instant peace of mind. Absolutely first class service.
