An excellent removal at very short notice. All of the staff from the delivery team, receptionist and management were brilliant and very helpful. They made what would be a very stressful and emotional time quite the opposite so thank you to all at Fergusons Removals!

We used Fergusons for our recent move which required storage of our house contents for about 6 weeks.Prior to our move Brian came to our home to quote for the job and to assess the requirements and importantly provide us with all the information and assurances we required. The price quoted was extremely competitive.We visited Fergusons in Dudley to collect boxes and were shown where our belongings would be stored, which is a very impressive modern warehouse.On the day of our move they arrived bang on the scheduled time, and presented themselves, uniformed and promoting a very professional approach, which installed confidence straight away. They were extremely careful with everything and did not cause any damage in the process.When the furniture etc was delivered to our new home, it was again on time as scheduled and off loaded with care and attention.I cannot recommend Fergusons highly enough for the Professional service they provided and the care and attention paid to both our belongings whilst in storage and for delivery without any damage whatsoever.Great company and great staff to deal with.Highly recommendedThank you to all.Iain Logue

Fantastic company. Used a self-storage unit at the last minute to move house. Very helpful staff who couldn't have been more helpful.

They charged to take my goods into storage and then storage for 12 weeks. Unfortunately the work took longer than expected by an additional 15 weeks. When I requested a price to return the goods they increased the price dramatically saying that their original quote was two years old. It was only one year old. But because they were holding my goods I had no choice but to accept their price. Be very careful if in the same position. The removal men were brilliant - asmin was abysmal

The Ferguson Revomal Team that moved us were top-notch movers, nothing was a problem for them. They were efficient, polite, professionals who still made time to make the whole experience pleasant with a touch of humour thrown in when applicable.Many thanks. Lads
