I have made an order on the 12/02/2023 and still haven’t received it. I am trying to call them but their phone number is not working. I have emailed them and still nothing. So people stay away from them.

DO NOT BUY!!Never use this website! Ordered several things which either came faulty or not at all.- builder gel collection came faulty with two of the same colour arriving- one gel didn’t even arrive in the parcel- two others looked nothing like the photos such as the Unicorn gels don’t have the pigment the website shows! Don’t be fooledNot only the initial issues faced, but when trying to contact the company the only way I successfully was able to was through Instagram and not any other method suggested on their website if you face problems.Next on messaging them I would be faced with being ignored as well as paying nearly £10 of my own money for shipping the faulty items in which for nearly two weeks Royal Mail proceeded to try and deliver to the address given and they wouldn’t retrieve the parcel further prolonging myself getting a refund.I had to keep reminding them about the refund as well as being the one to ask for updates constantly. I had to end up opening disputes with the ways I paid for the gels such as PayPal etc which only then I was processed a refund.Additionally to this, do not subscribe to their subscription. I had to go through PayPal to clear them taking money from me. You have to pay three months min before cancellation however I wasn’t going to risk more faults after the affair Encountered with all the issues above. PayPal were amazing in making sure it was all resolved and that no more payments will be processed.Overall, it is worth spending the money on things you know work well and I can suggest other gel brands such as cally gel which are fab, reliable and affordable
