More than a first class service. I am not kidding when I say we were there for hours with a stubborn 2 year old who didn't want her picture taken! Clive has the patience of an angel, and the picture ended up being taken outside to get the correct light. I honestly can not thank him enough for his determination to get the picture taken! Thank you

Best place to go when you need help. For such a small space, the miracles that have flown out the front door is amazing!!! I once snapped a key in half. Locked out of the house in cold, winter weather. From 2 worn pieces of aluminium, the gentleman created a new key for FREE as he claimed he couldn't guarantee the key would work. It did work, though! The very next day I paid what i owed, much to the technicians surprise.They can make a perfect passport photo for any country you might need.Anything you need done to fix a boot or shoe, they'll make it look brand new. Watches, keys, engravings, OMG, I sincerely believe TIMPSON CAN FIX I!!!

Broke my van key. Did not have a spare. Was quoted over 200 pound from Peugot dealer so tried Timpsons and they cut and coded a new key for 60 quid. Really friendly service. Highly recommend.

Clive - the consummate professional, interrogating the Timpson database like he was an integral part of the Matrix! Both knowledgable and efficient, he brought a little levity to an otherwise mundane visit. Consistent and attentive, a true asset to the franchise!

Had to wait 10 days for keyfob replacement, was advised that a call would be made as soon the keyfob arrived at store , no such call was received. After several attempts at calling the store I eventually got through and was advised that the replacement key had , indeed ,arrived Subsequently an appointment was made and to their credit the work was carried out very quickly

Bought an antique bureau with the key missing. Took the lock into Timpsons Pod at the main Inverness Tesco store and issued the challenge, have a lock but no key, what can you do? Guy with an impressive beard said, I love a challenge leave it with me. Half an hour later voila. I have a key! Many thanks.
