I had reached desperation point with a trapped nerve in my neck causing sleepless nights from intense pain down my right arm. Louise Cooke arranged an appointment at short notice, on a bank holiday, and the improvement over just a couple of weeks was remarkable. Within six weeks I was back on a badminton court.
