Have used Leamington Spa and Warwick Enterprise and always had a good experience.Sadly at Stratford upon Avon the staff and service falls well short of their colleagues and they do not offer a good experience.Cancelled bookings three times citing staff issues when I was collecting the car anyway. On the last occasion they cancelled booking an hour before collection when it had been booked 10 days in advance. Leaving me with no transport for my work.If you are in Stratford and need to hire a car would recommend you go somewhere else and not use Enterprise.

Very easy service to use and a pretty reasonable price. Rehan was my point of contact, he clearly cared about his customers. Everything was explained in depth and him and Charlie made me feel very welcome and at ease having never rented a vehicle before. Would not hesitate to recommend this branch.

Booked a car on their central booking number only to be told by the branch that the car we had booked or an equivalent were not available, they only had electric vehicles, as I was booking a one way rental to Edinburgh , not appropriate.Booked another car for the Coventry branch only to be informed that they had no cars at all.Third time lucky, perhaps, no chance.Booked again for Birmingham Airport, told again vehicle booked by central booking, or equivalent, not availableThe central booking system is not fit for purpose.Just booked a flight, since I was already at the airport.

A great couple of recent experiences. Notably, the team were exceptional in dealing with a mechanical issue by quickly finding an alternative car on a Saturday, then a replacement on Monday.All of the team I delt with were friendly and helpful. A thank you to: Mo, Ash, Jack and Sawson.I'll be returning and cannot recommend them enough!Lastly, the cost of hire and cover are all well priced.

Took over £200 extra off of me without even a phone call to let me know. Take money at any opportunity possible and it takes absolutely ages to claim anything back off them as well. Easily spent over 6 hours on the phone having to deal with them. Get a car anywhere else
