Stunning jewelry and Kris is such a friendly guy. Amazing studio. Needed a ring fixed and it was sorted, next day delivery looking good.

We ordered my partners wedding band & I cannot express how happy we are. The service was excellent, sending out rings to try for size was genius as the shop size was wrong. And the ring itself is just perfect. So much so I’m ordering another as an anniversary gift for his other hand in a different style!!Thanks again Kris, you are one talented fella!

We cannot recommend Kris at Shiruba Tree highly enough. From start to finish he made the process of choosing my partner's wedding ring an absolute joy. We knew straight away from looking at his website that Kris was who we wanted to use as we were after something specific but unique. Absolutely stunning workmanship. It was a real pleasure and a privilege to be able to visit Kris's workshop and to benefit from his knowledge regarding the different metals and what to choose, such that all components of the ring would compliment each other. After the heartache of not being able to get married this year, we are left with a beautiful ring that my partner cannot wait to start wearing next year. We love Kris. He made our engagement rings, and made them beautifully. We visited him at his studio and he gave us lots of time, and a cup of tea. He was friendly and patient as we went through the decision making process, and again when checking sizing with the demo rings and the finished article. I recommend Shiruba Tree very very highly. Kris made a special time in our lives even more pleasurable, and we have rings that we'll cherish forever. If we ever get round to actually getting married, we'll be straight round again! We had a very warm welcome by Kris and Becky.A range of wedding rings were on display, as well as being able to discuss bespoke designs. The quality and craftsmanship is beautiful. Can't wait to choose our final designs and wear them on our special day.

The rating in this post is to reflect the customer service and not the ring, which we would give 5 stars to. Kris has a beautiful talent which would benefit more from a customer focussed team.Yes, we have received the ring and the design is what was promised. The metal has some marks, but we think it adds character and shows evidence that it is handmade. My partner is very happy with Kris' work.The main issue that I have been faced with is the customer service. In no way is this a personal assault on you. I only wish to point out the failings in customer service, so that you may rectify them in the future if you so wish. All customers want to feel like they are the most important client and this is up to the company to make this happen. With the purchase of a ring as significant as this, there should definitely be a personal touch with regular feedback. The fact that in this case, I the customer, have had to continually chase the company for answers is an indication that this is missing in your business. I would recommend focus on customer service.When the ring is finally sent to the customer. A personal message naming the client with best wishes and evidence of the hallmark or process the ring has undertaken, explaining the lengths your company has gone to, to ensure the quality of your product would go a long way and this is what I expected from this experience.Again I want to reiterate I am not in search of any compensation, just voicing how I feel as a customer. I hope this email is taken in the tone it is meant.Please could you send a letter with the company logo with information about the ring and hallmark, the wood and metal and the value of the ring? Your last email in November promised this, and I am yet to receive this in the post.

Well what can I say, Kris is an absolute master at what he does. The rings he made for us are awesome. I wanted something that was unique, but that also looked great, and he delivered on both of these.We visited him at his workshop and he explained everything and let us see all the different types of wood and metals we could choose from. But what sold it for me was just the passion with which he spoke, you could tell that he put his best into everything that he makes and we certainly weren't disappointed with the results. I would definitely recommend him to anyone reading this post.
