Ignore weekend opening times, I’ve come two Saturdays in a row to try and study here and the doors are always locked. I hope UCLAN updates this to avoid future confusion. Otherwise very good study spot with nice café downstairs:)

Incredibly slow, They redirect you to the wrong helplines, and are incredibly uninformed with the situations they are dealing with.I've been waiting 8 weeks to get my enrolment sorted because they do not respond to emails even when they are told it is urgent.Incredibly poorly managed, disgraceful care for student well being
