Katiuska is very efficient and professional with an excellent telephone manner. They understand the need for urgency and even brought some information to my attention that I had missed. I commissioned Leone & Co Notaries to certify and legalise a copy of my PhD degree certificate by means of an apostille from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. They provided the service in a timely manner and made a process that could be potentially cumbersome look effortless. I was also offered an appointment to collect my documents in Cambridge, which helped me save some time and money since I live there. I live in the UK and Cristina has made the process of selling two properties in Italy much easier. She has organised the legalisation and apostilling of two sets of Power of Attorneys for me and my brother for use in Italy and she has done it quickly and efficiently with transparent pricing. It is always a pleasure to work with someone who clearly wants to do a good job and is extremely helpful. But for her recent speedy work, a sale may have collapsed. She went the extra mile.
