Our first visit to the Ark recommendby my brother in law. We were greeted by friendly reception staff. Our 4 dogs seemed happy although a little nervous. The vet and nurse were lovely with our dogs. Happy to recommend.

Very professional and caring staff. My dog is v anxious when visiting the vet for her jab but the vet here is so swift giving the annual jab and thorough with the check up. She left very happy which is a first.

Amazing vets, especially Rachel who goes above and beyond to knowledgeably care for my (literal) rat pack. Reception staff and nurses always so friendly and helpful, couldn't recommend them more!

We’ve been with The Ark for many years, they have always been exceptional with their care. Explanations and treatments are clear, all the vets, nurses and receptionists are so very kind. A special shout out to Rachael who has always been incredible with our cats and dog. I would recommend ‘The Ark’ highly, definitely 5 star.

Did not take care of our dog very well, instead addressing the issues with his teeth kept recommending cleanings and our poor dog was so sick from infection it almost died,took him to another vet and they immediately pulled 8 teeth!!!! He is a different dog now very happy with our pup.Appaling care,would not recommend as they would not listen to our concerns

I cannot fault the Ark. I have been using this clinic for many years and have NEVER had an issue, from my now passed Monty whom was PTS in our home during Covid, to my gouty Budgie and now my puppy, Kash. Such a compassionate, kind and thoughtful team of people, I would never dream of taking my furry and feathered babies anywhere else!
