Bylake boarding kennels and cattery
Left our Cocker Spaniel Peggy here from 28th July 2023 till 5th August.Took pot luck after reading reviews. Never had to use a kennel before.I'm really glad that I found this place. The people seem so friendly and helpful. I don't think that I will worry about finding a kennel again if needs be, this place is fine. We've been using Bylake for years for both cats and dogs. Very clean kennels with helpful, friendly staff.Recommended ☺️

Now don't do the option to pickup for 8am and not pay for that day, which was a good selling point, so it's now a minimum of 2 days, even if you pickup at 9am, which means i probably won't use them again.

Roxy enjoyed yet another stay with you. Pulled to go in! Came out super soft after a cut and blow dry. We recommended you to our friends with ' Cosmo ' who also had an enjoyable stay.

I left my cat and dog here for 1 week whilst we went on holiday - They both had a lovely time and we’re well looked after - The staff are really lovely and love the animals - if I go away again I will be using them again.Also Mark the owner spoke to me for ages on the phone as I had never used a kennels before and he was very reassuring and explained everything , I new I could trust him!Thanks ByLake for a wonderful service ☺️

Been using Bylake for over 20 years to look after our cats while we are away. Friendly and efficient staff have always excelled. Once whilst we were in Holland our then tom cat Oscar fell ill and they quickly called out the vet and contacted us. Oscar had the best of care. Obviously the staff love the animals they deal with and we know the cats are in safe hands.

We have been using this kennels for several years, our old dog was always happy to go in and was well looked after. Our young dog stayed this year, his first ever stay at a kennels. I’m happy to say that he seemed to have been as well cared for, as our older dog always was. He will be back the next time we go away. If you will have him!!

You are a very good kennel but your new times are not very convenient.It's Saturday morning. You are not open until 10am. I need to get away early. Sunday morning you are only open until 12. I now have to rush back to pick up my dog.This is just you making more money in order that dogs have to be kept in for an extra day or two. I would have had to book my dog in for four days Fri to Mon instead of two. A weekend away becomes more expensive and my dog is away from home longer.

Been here many times with our spaniel. She rushes excitedly on arrival and always seems full of beans when collected. I take from that that she has enjoyed her stay. Lovely friendly kennel. Would definitely recommend
