Safe Gas NI recently carried out my switch over from oil to gas heating. From the initial enquiry phonecall to completion of works, I found all staff a pleasure to speak to.The installation crew were a great bunch of lads to have in my home. I took the radiator off to redecorate but couldn't re plumb it. I rang safe gas and within 24 hrs their professional, experienced and friendly engineers had the job done. Absolutely excellent service from start to finish - Natalie and Victoria based in accounts couldn’t have been more helpful- Natalie had excellent advice when dealing with out working if install. The team that came to install were super efficient ( Louis leader),respectful and you wouldn’t have known there were a team in the house, I didn’t even have to hoover when they left- couldn’t recommend highly enough! So, my third time in recent years to employ Safegas Ltd and again an excellent standard of job delivered. Works have covered a new gas boiler, a new gas hob and the latest an uprated radiator replacement. The Company provides great communication, friendly and professional staff and a desire to ensure customer satisfaction. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

From first contact to final installation, we were very satisfied with Safe Gas.Natalie in the office was great and kept us up to date with the timings and costs. The engineers were very friendly, efficient and tidy.Very pleased and will use Safe Gas in future for our boiler services.

The safe gas team did an excellent job servicing my gas boiler. The customer service were than happy to help with any questions on the phone such as checking when the engineer will be out and if they are running late. The engineer was pleasant and had the service done efficiently and promptly.I would happily recommend SafeGas to anyone!

Getting your gas boiler replaced in February would be a nightmare, and getting your radiators replaced in February double nightmare. No , not with Safegas NI. I cannot recommend this firm and their team of engineers highly enough. Professional, efficient and really expert at providing a first class service throughout the experience. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done to very high standard. Thank you Louis, Jordan and Natalie for the care you took in this job. Shout out to Paul Scott who organized it all

Had safe gas come out as we had no heating or hot water. Paid the £90 for them to come out. The boiler was working for 6 hours then broke again. Rang them back the next day and they said there was nothing else they could do. Had to get vaillant out to have a look at it costing £360 plus vat. The vaillant engineer had it working again within 10 minutes.He told us there was 11 faults in the boiler that safe gas had not fixed during all the services and repairs they had carried out. Thankfully none of them serious. Safe to say I will not be using safe gas again.
