Customer service was great when we went into get a quote for our media wall…We can’t thank Furness heating and their team enough for our media wall they have just done for us in just 3 days very kind , cleaned up after themselves and have done an amazing job! We Would definitely recommend spending that little bit more money to get it done properly! Thank you again we are absolutely in love with it and it adds everything we wanted it to add to our open plan living room and kitchen! X

We recently had a boiler installed and an underfloor leak fixed by a lovely engineer called Mike. Very professional, arrived early, and was very friendly. He left the place looking cleaner than before he started! The boiler was put to work straight away, it is silent and the gas price is a lot less than before. Very happy! Would definitely recommend Furness Heating, in my opinion the best engineers in town.

Fantastic service from the team at FHC!We desperately needed a new gas hob and double oven as the ones in our new home didn't work. We went into the showroom and were given excellent advice across all of the ranges, they catered to our budget and gave us an unbeatable price. The pair were ordered and fitted within a week! Excellent service from start to finish. Looking forward to purchasing our log burner with them in october. Can't recommend them enough, thanks guys!

I'd researched online to buy a new tumble dryer.I knew what I wanted, but couldn't find anything local online.I'd rather support a local business so phoned the shop and they were able order the one I wanted to buy, so worth contacting them even if something isn't on their website.Friendly and efficient service.Came within a few days and was price matched to other places I'd seen online.Free delivery available locally although we collected as wanted to pick it up right away.Thanks :)

We always try and shop local! Adam and Phil from fhc have supplied and fit a living room gas fire for us when we bought our new house and most recently they have supplied a fridge freezer wood burner and a wine cooler for us! I’m always popping in and pestering Adam with my questions and he’s patient and polite! It’s also reassuring to know if we have any issues it’s a local shop :-)
