Friendly and efficient service. All the women go out of their way to help and are 100% focused on good customer service. Particular commendation for Emily, who has cut my hair for a while now. With a relaxed and easy manner: I've always gone away very pleased with the cut.

Great salon with lovely ladies. When I first booked I remember seeing a review about it being an elderly ladies salon which is not the case. When I worked in the area I went here regular.

Sarah is fantastic, listens to what you want and actually does it. She is also very good at picking up on when you might not be 100% sure about something and then changes it so you are sure. Salon is nice, clean and friendly and they take great care of you.

Lovely environment, really felt like the stylist listened to what I wanted and I was very happy with the end results. Really positive time, lovely break from daily life, tbh!

Lovely staff Ashley is so good at highlighting. She is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the salon and Ashley.It is always a relaxing experience especially the head massage they do while they are washing your hairCatherine.

Had a worse experience of my life with this parlour. I went to this parlour for keratin treatment on 09 Aug23. My appointment was booked with Ashley, she was nice and polite and said of course this treatment will last for 3 months, but it only lasted till my first hair wash( mind it I used shampoo & conditioner provided by the parlour not any ordinary one). So I paid 125£ only for the treatment that lasted for 3 days. My hair is back as before, fizzy and unmanageable.Utter disappointment!!Is there any policy I can get my money refunded after all it’s my hard earned money.

I take my daughter here frequently for a fringe cut, and occasionally a hair cut. The ladies are all very helpful and kind, and one of them refused to even charge me for the fringe cut, which I thought was so generous of her. They do a good job and my daughter always feels at ease. A very friendly team.

Booked in to have highlights/my existing blonde refreshed, no price quoted. The bleach that was applied turned my hair grey, they then put on a red toner to ‘tone it down’ which turned my hair a horrible orangey-red colour. They then said the only thing they could do was put a gloss on it to make it a dark brown colour. They blamed the problem on my shampoo and conditioner (a L’Oréal one) and how my hair was in ‘bad condition’. No responsibility was taken, no apologies given and no sympathy at all. I am a loyal customer and haven’t had an issue here before but this was the worst service I have ever experienced. I was there 5 hours and got charged £140 for my hair to be ruined just before Christmas. My whole family are regular customers to the salon and no compensation was offered. I am very unlikely to return and would prefer to take my business elsewhere.
