The pregnancy treatment with Tania was absolutely amazing. She explained everything beforehand and made sure I was comfortable. My legs and belly felt so soft afterwards. The pressure for the shoulder and neck massage was just right and I think I spent most of the hour drifting off somewhere very cozy! Had a great night sleep as well which was perfect after all the insomnia I’ve had so far.My only regret is I waited so long into my pregnancy to have a treatment done!

I had a facial done by Philipa and it was one of the best facials I’ve had. My skin was glowing after and there was an improvement with my skin after the one visit. I felt very relaxed and rejuvenated after. Philipa is very friendly and has a lovely energy about her. She is very adventive and advisable to her clients individual type of skin needs (which I’ve personally have never had before from a therapist doing a facial). Her knowledge, experience and passion filter through her treatment sessions. I would have no hesitation booking with Philipa again as she’s amazing at what she does!The staff working in the salon are also extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome on my first visit.I highly recommend Emma Wilson Urban Spa.

Emma & her team are amazing - I booked a number of services before my wedding and I decided to change my nails at the last minute which Emma was so accommodating with. She went above and beyond and I couldn’t ask for a better team to calm my nerves before the big day.Absolutely thrilled with everything and would recommend!

Coming here is a joy and a pleasure. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy the Voya massage. I definitely encourage you to book longer sessions. I promise you 30 minutes is nowhere near enough. I get a 90 minute full body massage about once a month and it's great. Do not book your appointment online. Call them or visit in person to avoid the booking fee.

The team here are so professional yet very accommodating and approachable. The place is so relaxing and it really does feel like a little getaway. My treatments have been superb!

I am over 8 months pregnant with an 18 month old toddler. Having experienced various difficulties during my first pregnancy and in the year that followed after birth, I never got the chance to use a voucher that my friends had bought me for this spa. They wanted to gift me with a pregnancy massage, but I was never able to make time due to personal circumstances out of my control.I got in touch and explained at length what had happened, and explained that I was pregnant again and that I could really do with a massage. I really politely asked if they would extend the validity on this one occasion.The answer came back swiftly as a hard no. No compassionate tone, no kind or considerate words, just 'no because it's been almost two years since it was bought'. So my friends effectively just gave this business £60 for nothing.As people know, pregnancy, labour and the post-partum period can all be incredibly difficult experience and can create some longer-term issues that take time to work through. Making time for some self care can feel like a privilegedl that is out of reach.I'm really upset that this local business made a decision based not on its customer's personal circumstances but purely based on business and financial gain. The money was already spent, I wasn't asking for a freebie but for some consideration of my extenuating circumstances.I wouldn't recommend this place purely from a principled point of view - spend your money to line the pockets of someone who deserves it, not someone who is looking to make maximum profit without one compassionate thought about their customer's personal circumstances.

Lovely spa like decor and a wonderful experience - virtually painless wax. My daughter had a maternity massage here and she loved it too. Thanks Emma.
