I've been doing some work experience here with Sam and she is such a lovely friendly person. She been so helpful to me to set me in the right direct. I have loved every minute working here. Going 2 miss being here. Thank found an for all your help. X

So far I have done the Massage therapy course, Nail extension course and Mani Pedi course. Absolutely amazing lessons and easy to understand and apply.Lots of tips and advice and guidance. Really appreciate the support I have received in my course. Will definitely do more courses with Sam as they are really good and the theory and practical are included.Lots of safe space to ask questions and learn more. Would happily recommend Newyork Glamour beauty school as Sam is an amazing instructor and really paid attention to me as I learn and I can call when i have anything that i would like to ask and she always give a listening ear and a helping hand.Sam has gone above and beyond in teaching and helping me to feel confident as a student and a practitioner.I highly recommend Newyork Glamour beauty school.

I’ve known Sam for over 6yrs, she has always done my waxing & hair. Today I wanted a new look and Sam just made this happen. I felt so good, hair washed, cut & dyed, styled and made too feel amazing . Wouldn’t go anywhere else with the price & the hospitality. They’re nothing u could possibly want changing. the worst experience i had in a salon ... she said to me to pay before she put the eye lash extensions, she didn't asked me about what i want to looks like, the dimensions and things...now my lashes have gaps between them and it's looks worst, and when i booked the appointment i said that i want nails construction as well and when she finished with me she send me to the next dor" wich is actually a Chinese nails salon because she want to close the salon. I had the appointment on this salon because i saw all these good reviews...now I'm thinking that all of them are from friends"

AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS!!! WORSE HAIRDRESSERS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN 25 YEARS. SAM THE OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY RUDE, ARROGANT AND TALKS OVER YOU. On the day of my appt at 11am she phoned and said if I could come for 12 instead I wasn’t happy as she had changed my appt previous day too. I was on my way to the salon and she phoned again stating she would be there in 15 mins but didn’t get there till 40mins later whilst I waited in the cold and rain outside. Once in salon there was no heating on as she ran around putting 2 small heaters on which she turned off soon after. Again,she kept me waiting another 10 mins. I noticed the salon to be quite dirty and in need of a good clean with no other clients. As she cut my hair she heavily breathed down my face which I found irrating and annoying. I could tell from the way she cut my hair she had no idea what she was doing. The cost was £18 with treatment I gave her £20 as she stated she had no change. She showed me one side of the cut with a tiny mirror and I was so relived to leave as I was beginning to feel unwell as she gave me a price list and asked me to come again. I knew I would never return to this disgusting salon ever again. Once I got home the haircut was awful so once I washed and straighten my hair myself she had cut one side 2-3inches shorter only put layers in the front sides and none in the back as requested. Next day I called Sam she again was so unprofessional, rude and arrogant she kept talking over me. I stated I was not happy & she had cut one side much shorter than the other she lied & said she was so busy that day with clients when there was no clients in her shop on that day. Eventually I had to hang up on her as she would not let me speak whilst talking over me. WORSE SALON & EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I’m sure she gets her family & friends to write good reviews for her. She doesn’t even deserve one star!AWFUL WOMAN, AWFUL HAIRCUT, AWFUL SERVICE & AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE!!

I had a course done from this place.Sam was really friendly and professional. She made sure I understand everything, cleared all my doubts.Thank you so much for being so helpful and accmomdating.Regards
